With its 320 employees, Studierendenwerk Bremen is the most important social service provider for 30,000 students in the state of Bremen. The Studierendenwerk Bremen is looking to fill several full-time positions as soon as possible for a clerk (f/m/d) to process applications for funding in accordance with the Federal Training Assistance Act (BAföG).
A varied and responsible full-time position with 39.2 hours per week in a committed team,

Remuneration according to EG 9b TV-L as well as all the usual social benefits in the public sector.
independently processing the tasks associated with the awarding of benefits in accordance with the Federal Training Assistance Act (BAföG),
advising students on questions of individual educational support,
determining the basic entitlement and the amount of funding.
Completed training as an administrative assistant (f/m/d) or an equivalent qualification,
good knowledge of social law and general administrative law, preferably BAföG,
Experience in benefits administration desirable,
Independent and proactive way of working,
strong communication and teamwork skills.
