From April 1, the "Zero Waste Teller" will also be available in the Mensa Neustadtswall every working day between 14:00 and 14:15. The menu, made up of leftover food from the daily specials, is available as a plate dish and in small bowls as individual components and, depending on availability, also includes desserts.
